The parish of Cliviger is a civil parish in the Borough of Burnley, in Lancashire, England. It is situated to the southeast of Burnley, and northwest of Todmorden. The council serves the community using the resources it has. The aim of the council is to provide the best service it can for residents and improve the area through yearly projects.

The parish council meets on the first Friday of every month at 7.00 p.m. in Cliviger Village Hall, except in January when there is no meeting and in May, when the AGM is held. The date is confirmed nearer the time. Members of the public are encouraged to attend.
